We are not just another bakery — we are a bread mission. At The Einkorn Shoppe, we are helping revive one of the world’s oldest and most primitive wheats through freshly baked Einkorn bread made with intention, tradition, and care.
In a world of heavily modified grains and fast production, we are returning to simpler ingredients, slower methods, and bread the way it was meant to be. Every loaf we bake is part of something bigger — a movement back to traditional baking and a deeper respect for what goes into our food.

Why do we bake with Einkorn?
Because better ingredients matter. Einkorn is an ancient grain that brings bread back to simpler roots. It is incredibly flavourful, naturally different from modern wheat, higher in protein and nutrients, and has a unique gluten structure that some people find easier to enjoy.
Why do we freshly mill our flour?
Fresh milling helps preserve more of the grain’s natural flavour and goodness, keeping it closer to the way nature intended.
